On Friday 6/20/08, I created my user account of Francisco Koolhoven on OSGrid, and then responded to the confirmation e-mail that followed. I was then able to successfully log into the grid on Friday evening. However, when I tried logging in again on Saturday, it told me that it could not authenticate my avatar.

After several retries and verifying the accuracy of my name and password, I decided to try signing onto the website with the name and password under which I registered, and I got a popup window saying "Sorry, no Account matched".

I then clicked the "Forgot my Password" link, and entered the e-mail address which I used to register (the one where OSGrid had already sent me the confirmation email), hoping that maybe I had forgotten to capitalize something and would be given the correct password. Instead, the web site gives me another popup saying "Sorry, we have no account with that email address".

I then went to the Create Account screen, and tried re-registering with the same signon name and e-mail address. But then I get the message ""This email address is already is use" (which contradicts the message I had just received in the previous step).

Then I tried re-registering my signon name with a different e-mail address, but then I get the message "This account name is already is use" (contradicting another earlier message).

It seems like the login server and the account server are not communicating properly, at least in the case of my account. Can someone please fix this for me please, so that I can sign back on to the grid? Thanks!

try again, last few days we have been redoing all the forms and user stuff for website to start allowing for bans it seems your account was inadvertently banned. I reactivated your account and you should be able to access the grid once again.
