Progress!
And yes, I'll answer your questions, just bare with me Oddy
The exhibition regions are done in a garden style with 10 plots on each region, so 20 in total for prim / sculpt builds and 10 in total for the mesh region.
The plot size of 30x30 meters has been confirmed. There is a maximum prim use of 800 prims (not exactly sure yet how that will transpose to mesh, but I'll add that later).
Please note that because of the limit in plots at this point it would be either a mesh or a non-mesh plot, but not both. If however shortly before the event there are still plots available we would serve the plots on a first come first serve basis, e.g. since Sarah (Kline) noted she got both, I put her down for a prim/sculpt plot, but if a mesh plot is still available, she can have one there as well then

This year the plots will be sold to the participants, so you have more control over the piece of land. You could for instance set a music stream there - something that was not possible in recent years. The group for exhibitors is "OSG5B Planners" and I will invite confirmed exhibitors into it.
Now for Odds questions:1) The rules for building: Rating should be PG, if the need arises, we can see if we make one region PG, the other Mature. Prim limits as mentioned above: 800 should be enough for each exhibitor. I am not sure exactly what you mean with commercial stuff, but since its OSgrid's birthday and OSgrid is not-for-profit, any advertisement for commercial products/services is not really in keeping with the event so please refrain from it. As for script use: Be reasonable. If the server shows that a script or scripts affect the sim performance in a negative way, then you might be asked to remove it or one of the admins might disable it and let you know. With any of this stuff please note: Nebadon has - as always - last word.
2) The plots are arranged along walkways in a garden style region. The mesh region might still change (

The regions will be interconnected by teleports to make travelling between them easy.
I am sure you will come up with more questions..... hehe

EDIT: My hubby was faster on answering the questions, oh well...
