Hi

From time to time my Avatar is not able, to pass doors etc. The doors and gaps are more than big enough. Is there a workaround ? As example: My Avatar is not able to step through this wall opening:
(Yesterday it was possible; i have nothing changed)

I noticed that a few times myself. Like an invisible prim is stopping the avatar from moving. I've seen this happen when I delete a building for instance, and when my avatar tries to walk through the area seems to hit "a brick wall" so to speak. Also I was making a spiral stair and and changed the size of the top step, so the avatar would not hit up against it, but the avatar kept hitting it like I had not made the change. If I logged off and back on that seemed to clear it, so suspected it might be Imprudence 1.4 the current release which I was using at the time.

Greetings,
is the build linked together? Sometime people do modify linked builds without unlinking and then face strange bugs.

If is it linked unlink it, modify the path cut of the tubus manually, wait some while (or fire backup command on the console) and link it back.

Sometime can help tickle "disable colisions" in the debug tab of the region/estate window. Especially when you are using hollows for the doors. Not sure if it will work for you but anyway it improves performance ;)

Another problem is "too high step". Eg in SL you can have higher step that here. Fix is easy, add an transparent "bridge" to allow avie pass the problematic spot.

Cheers, Bo

It does generally the same in SL. Once you unlink the items before editing the problem never appears again.

Please don't unlink and re-link back too fast or else it may cause another problem with duplicate items.
