I have an odd question. I have an Oar I would like to use on one of my regions, but, it is 180 degrees backwards. Is there any way to turn it?

Doesn't look like there is such a feature, if you type "help terrain" in the region console there is a "terrain flip" which does what it says, on either the x or y axis but no "terrain turn" and if there was, you would still have to turn all the objects.
Not to hard to turn the terrain by exporting it, open in Gimp or Photoshop or what ever you use and turning it-- then reload it back to overwrite the existing terrain.

I can't think of any way to turn the prims and other objects other than to do it manually with the Build tools. Link everything with the root prim being at exact center and rotate. With a huge amount of objects, do it in 1/4 sections.

You could turn the prims by writing a script to change the position and rotation in your regions database. Alternatively you could use BuildersBuddy and maybe modify it to rotate everything sothat you dont need to rerezz everything.

The terrain i would also use Photoshop.

I didn't want to write a script, Too much time for a one shot adventure. I went with the Builders Buddy method.

Interesting! I will take a closer look. You can never have too many tools.
