hmmm copyrighted items will always be a problem but that's easy ish to deal with as long as OSgrid complies with the dcma-thingy they should be protected.
That still leaves the main problem which is how much control or restriction will OSgrid as a entity be able to exercise or need to over the sims/regions connected to them not forgetting connected to is a very loose statement as they are also more connected to us

plus another thing that is playing in my mind at least for me i would have no problem OSgrid having some sort of basic Grid control over my sims mainly for grabbing lets say pain in the buts trying to annoy others from my sims and the such lol but again that would have its own TOS problems

as for search i don't no i have my kids playing on OSgrid and they love it building and exploring but the search would be a problem not sure if its best authenticating 18 or older or to leave it again suppose it depends on if OSgrid can call its self a service seen as google shows 18+ items to people younger without having problems with the law plus my kids seem to be able to find better stuff on the net than i can

???

Greetings,
please allow me predict some legal risks for OSG
1) inventory service - spreading of copyrighted or unlawful content (similar to image hosting TOS)
2) inventory service - loss of data
3) grid&grid search - minors having access to adult content
4) grid&grid search - prospective propagation of racism and much more (content of sims visible via search)
5) services - outage of sim hosting companies(profit loss)
and much much more. I believe that is only matter of time until when an idiot with legal skills will appear
