You could take the scripts out of Nebs Racer...available upstairs in his shop at Wright Plaza, or if you want something more sedate, the golf cart at mine a few doors away.

Sadly the scripts in your golf carts don't seem to be copiable, which I'm finding frustrating as it would be ideal for my recently implemented standalone megaregion.
