How to give commands?
I just went into the game, I do not understand how to give commands, and where? I need to start to align the sim.
I was advised to enter the command
terrain fill 21
Where does it enter?
I found that with each new entry, I need to set in the file area a new IP address. It is very unpleasant! The character is very bad move on the sim. Too unpleasant.

the commands are given on sim console. It is what you see after you start the sim.

I am sorry that the sim configuration displeases you. But it is a server/client like anything else and it must be properly configured in order to work. You can get/pay a good sim hosting in order to not be bothered by these questions.

You'll need a fixed IP address to avoid changing IP numbers..Hopefully your Router has a dynamic DNS option which will do this.
Also talk to your ISP to see if any faster connection is available to you....I recently got mine upgraded for no extra charge.
If none of the above appeals, as Bo says you can rent a region or find a free parcel to play with in the forums.

I have a variable ip. But it makes sense to make it work in any form.
