Since this isn't a motion picture, we can interpret "brief nudity" differently. If a minor were visiting that shop, they would not be able to linger since they are under parental guidance and would be pulled away if the parent didn't want them to see the nudity.
I tried to find the shop this morning but while waiting for the scene to rezz, I got sidetracked by RL but in my opinion, images of nudity is OK for PG if not sexually suggestive.
Ok thanks I never knew that rating allowed for brief nudity. I can't think of any PG movies I have ever seen that feature frontal nudity, but they could be out there and I just never saw them. When I am in a PG sim on sl or inworldz I never expect to see frontal nudity (I am not talking about a tasteful painting or some such art)...but that is just my misconception I guess.
In fact here where they only mention 'topless women' implies that 'bottomless women' are not considered appropriate at PG. Certainly naked skins showing fully sexual mature frontal and back nudity is a little more than briefly showing 'topless women'.

PG – Parental Guidance Suggested – Some Material May Not Be Suitable For Children. These films are generally appropriate for children age 9 and older and may contain milder swear words, brief smoking, crude or suggestive humor, short and infrequent horror moments and/or mild violence. Usually no drug use is acceptable in this category. Topless men may be present but topless women are not usually acceptable unless in an educational or scientific context or if the nudity is only shown briefly. A few racial insults may also be heard. Before the creation of PG-13, many "PG" films (e.g. Jaws and Watership Down) included explicit bloody violence. Content such as this helped lead to the creation of the "PG-13" rating.
I am older so growing up PG meant parental guidance *suggested* usually meaning there was violence or profanity in the movie, but nudity was really never considered. So if a region is PG I thought the implication of *suggested* meant that a parent would not *necessarily* be there whereas the R-rating in movies *requires* an adult for children under 17. I always associated 'Mature' regions like I would a rated-R movie.
But anyway, I only mentioned about the Wright Plaza naked skins because for some reason I assumed OSgrid wanted their PG plazas to not have such content out in the open since it was PG. I certainly am not trying to tell OSgrid how to run their sims, I was just trying to be helpful as I thought it was simply something that no one had noticed yet. I had a different idea of what PG meant.
