I've been noticed the same error as well. Just this morning I was editing a hair piece and adding more flexible
"child prims" to the base. (It had a lot of prims). When I was satisfied with it, I tried to take it into my inventory and my console popped up with that error being caught in what seemed to be an endless loop. Once I restarted my viewer, the error cleared and I was able to take the hair into my inventory without any further problems.
As a matter of fact, I've been seeing more errors than usual lately on my standalone-hypergrid independent server ...
(however connected to other grids via The Hypergates).
Such things as this should not even be happening...
(I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out what's going on)
but being the paranoid person that I am noticed it began happening after a few "suspiciously acting visitors" showed up on my simulator.

Maybe it's only a coincidence, but the grid business being cutthroat as it is leaves me suspicious.
Namely visitors (whose name I will not mention) who showed up from OSGrid and TheHypergates (OSGrid associated). (Yes, I have your names and IP addresses logged if you're reading this. Take this as a warning).
My console was going nuts with whatever they were trying to do.
Why would someone try to drop/wear and activate an invisibility prim on my estate?
I deleted the items they left behind. But why would anyone drop a hypergate on my estate (especially in the vicinity of a hypergate that I've personally installed) when they're not even supposed to be able to do that since they are neither owner or manager of my estate?
Prior to their arrival, my server was running fine.
If nothing else, it's the very reason I prefer to run my own server outside of any
established "big grids". It's supposed to keep my inventory cache's clean and independent
of any other "asset servers".
