OK, after a multitude of testing, I found out that saving an OAR, does not sate script states, and when an oar is loaded onto a fresh region or re-loaded to it's original region, all scripts are reset, and this adversely affects things like scripted animals such as the Satyr farm system.
Wouldn't it be better to have the oar save function also save any scripts state? It'll be much like windoze using system restore, a save oar would not just save region details and objects but also any script states too, and if something happens on that region, and its OAR is reloaded, the scripts would be restored back to their states just before the save, just as if nothing had happened, and the scripts would resume from where it left off, instead of being reset.
