hi, I would like to ask how to animate the mesh model/avatar with my own animation/gesture? I have tried to put a animated mesh model with .dae format(animated by Maya), but it seems don't work. The official page of opensim said that Opensim should support .DAE format? Would anyone help me to tackle with this problem?

OpenSim supports mesh and rigged mesh in .dae format. You'll need to use the SL skeleton for rigging avatars and clothing.

Theres plenty of how-to videos on youtube for rigging avatars for secondlife/opensim
