This door script seems to work in opensim. Adjust rotation to suit your needs. Includes SetPos to fix prim drift. Create a prim axis with a thin cylinder. Copy script to this prim and link your door to it. Touch to open. Door closes after a few seconds.

{L_CODE}:
//door script

vector gPos;

default {
   state_entry() {
      llSetRot(llEuler2Rot(<0,0,0>));
   }

   touch_start(integer total_number) {
      gPos = llGetPos();
      llSetRot(llEuler2Rot(<0,0,PI/2>));
      llSetTimerEvent(2.0);
   }
   timer() {
      llResetScript();
      llSetPos(gPos);
   }
}

I am sorry to say that there seems to be a problem with this script. When the door rotates, the way is still blocked. Apparently, prim rotation is the culprit. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

This script now works, I created a hinge post and a door panel then linked the 2 together and made the
hinge post the root prim and placed this door script in it and viola I have a working door.

There was a bug with the physics in linked prims that has since been corrected. However, you can build a single prim door with no hinge. Here's a link to a brief tutorial on building a single-prim door:
