Post subject:  compile a viewer 2020

How can I compile a viewer on Windows 10 with Visual Studio 2019 Community?
I am having trouble compiling a viewer.

I tested Alchemy, Singularity, Firestorm, Dayturn, viewer-vs2017 and Second-Life Standard Viewer.

I tried autobuild 1.0 and Python 2.7.8 (32bit) as well as autobuild 1.1.7 and Python 2.7.16 (32bit).

But there are a lot of problems with autobuild and these old explanations of how a viewer is built.
Is there perhaps a way to create the viewer without autobuild?

I have installed at the moment:

What do the Build commands look like, so they can be used?
I know it's not for OpenSim, it's all about Visual Studio 2017 - 2019.
I want to understand how this works.
