I've opened up a region in response to the number of new people inquiring about a "home". Boreal is available for settlement. Just catch me online or shoot me a message and I'll add you to the residents list. Boreal is listed as "Moderate". If you need a more adult area please use the sandboxes in Empyrean or Avernus. I will subdivide as needed to meet reasonable requests

In addition, the three sims south of Boreal, Avernus, Ameles, and Empyrean are available as "home" for any interested females. Sorry boys, you can visit any time, but you can't live there Building is restricted to the sandboxes in Empyrean and Avernus without prior discussion and approval. All three regions are mostly Steampunk in nature, and do contain Adult themes.
