Roken Price {L_WROTE}:
upload - anything immediately crashes the viewer

I think https://bitbucket.org/ArminW/teapot/issues/new is the right place for that, and I'd need /home/<your username>/.teapot/logs/Teapot.log however I prefere to get logfiles not from a public place, better send as mail (at lavabit dot com arminweatherwax).

{L_QUOTE}:
Vivox fails to connect to the server using default settings. I changed VivoxVoiceHost (debug settings) from 127.0.0.1 (localhost) to http://www.osp.vivox.com which seems to fix it, though I'm not sure if this is right?

The "VivoxVoiceHost" at 127.0.0.1 is the program "SLVoice" - which relays between the viewer and the actual voice service. Most often the "connection refused" messages are caused by an audio setup SLVoice can't handle (I'll see in the logfile).

Is the mumble module only usable in Teapot? Or can it be dropped into other viewers?

The mumble packaged with Teapot is only usable with Teapot, its linked against the libraries Teapot uses, of which several are much more recent than the ones used in other viewers (most importantly Qt).
But if you are building it from source (checkout the dev branch) it should work with other viewers, too (again then link it to the other viewers libraries, or you won't have much fun).

I have been watching Grey test Teapot... I'm very happy that the FPS is looking good again. However, I am female, so I would really, really miss my AO's (the way Imp handles them is perfect for me), so if you can, please, please include a viewer-side AO, Armin.

Danke dir ;)

Sorry for answering late, Eryn.
Currently I don't plan integrating patches of other viewers (which a AO would be - its from Firestorm). Its taking a lot of time, which then would miss for my own patches. I'm rather thinking in the other direction - test new work in Teapot, and bring it to stable state, so it can be integrated in other viewers.
It's just the experience from Imprudence that pulling more and more patches from other viewers is over time killing any motivation ... well at some point you can't see it's "yours" anymore.

Teapot goes 0.2.0 with the current 3.3.2 release code merged in.
Release notes are here: https://bitbucket.org/ArminW/teapot/wiki/Release_Notes/Teapot/0.2.0 - if you subscribed as a follower of the source code you should read the release notes.

and downloads are (as usual) here: https://bitbucket.org/ArminW/teapot/downloads

Enjoy :)

Ah saying one thing, then doing the opposite isn't good, however I just did that.
Teapot 0.2.2 is just released with AO and legacy profiles.
After contemplating very long I came to the conclusion that both features are so basic that I really need to integrate them.
Thanks to Kadah Coba and Zi Ree for friendly permission, and, for their work, of course!

Thank you Armin, I think Teapot just became my new default OpenSim viewer.
